Oh and I agree about Kilcoyne. He has been excellent this season and was today. Keatley also had a great game as did most others.

Munster win in conditions they are expected to win in

Funny thing is that I expected us to win and I seem to be in the minority. Minus the poor conditions I suspect we'd have had a more decisive victory. However I am more than happy we got the job done.Russ wrote:Munster win in conditions they are expected to win in

Re: Munster 17/18
Good win by the Tornips in foul conditions. OK - Keatly missed a sitter (wind?) but nailed two from wide out and make some geat tactical kicks.
Zebo is the best FB in Ireland.
Conway showed tremendous acceleration for his try - took off like a scalded cat- and was also good in the air.
An Ireland back three of Zebo, Earls and Conway for the AIs?

The irony of Keatley's sitter is that had he got it, they would not have had the position they scored the 2nd try from, then he only kicks a stoater.
NEVER MOVE ON. Years on, I cannot ever watch Ireland with anything but indifference, I continue to wish for the imminent death of Donal Spring, the FIRFUC's executioner of Wee Paddy & Wee Stu, and I hate the FIRFUCs with undiminished passion.
Re: Munster 17/18
It hardly matters, since he seems to be permanently crocked now anyway, and in any case Sferbrains still seems to regard him as a centre. A great player when in top form, I seem to have lost interest in him, since he's usually missing from the provincial or national squad through injury, then gets pitched straight back in briefly until he's crocked again.BaggyTrousers wrote:Only when Girrid is crook.Spiffsson wrote:Good win by the Tornips in foul conditions. Zebo gone
Re: Munster 17/18
The IRFU have Rob Kearney, Payne, O'Halloran, and wee Joey, as he is affectionately known, as FB options so Zebo won't be overly missed. He speaks French so it's a no brainer for him to go.
Racing to sign him, I presume?

Gerry Thornley speculates this morning that Racing are paying Zebo €700,000 a season plus house and car. This is as opposed to Nucifora and the IRFU offering €350,000.
Nice work. He made the right call for himself and his family.

What? Joey isn't held in anyone's affections and Zebo failed his French?Russ wrote:2 of those are shyteDublin4 wrote:The IRFU have Rob Kearney, Payne, O'Halloran, and wee Joey, as he is affectionately known, as FB options so Zebo won't be overly missed. Rugbylad will fold. They will have no articles on 'some hilarious thing that zebo did'. Usually not hilarious and just clickbait.Russ wrote:Over ratedDave wrote:Zebo should be on less than Brett Herron
