Was informed by a good source at Ravers last night that Ulster are in negotiations with an English based out-half..............young and Irish qualified.

I was going to say young Blayne Shreeve from Saracens formerly Bath but Hallet give me a break! Shane Gerraghty is way better dan Hallett and in the academy Niall O'Connor is better than him!

Only just found this site... Looks to have some interesting posts, On the topic of new players i heard a whisper that a back player from UL Bohs in Limerick might be joining for cover during the internationals and maybe long term? not too familiar with Bohs who would be good enough to play for us?

I know Hallet and it seems he has had offers from Ulster and Toulouse. He's just on the comeback from injury and is hopefully back playing for the Blues soon! great little player though, think he would definitely add something to the squad and he is a much better player than Niall O'Connor

Would be very iffy about that, sublime talent in broken field running and attack, lets just hope Pat Howard has knocked him in to shape and sorted his attitude out. Saying that David is in talks to stay another year.
