Bring HUmph On -

I was playing about with this - could it be that you didn't enter the correct username (for example, UR have you registered using a shortened form of your forename)?

It seems if you do not enter what BT see as a valid name, they take you out of the 'corporate offer' section and redirect you to the 'joe public' offers.

Yea definately using the correct details as supplied by Ulster. It allows me to click through to the 3 offers. Then I enter my details, sky number, BT account number etc, and then at the final hurdle a message comes up "sorry this offer is no longer available" and gives me 2 other options.

I've read through the various legal stuff at the bottom of pages etc and see no reason why I shouldn't qualify for this.

I'll email Ulster tomorrow and let you know if and when I receive a reply.

Someone asked about the difference between home hub 3 & 4. Honestly I don't know. I think I have a home hub 2 - I think. I wouldn't be bothered about it really, more interested in the savings to be honest. But after spending the guts of 3 hrs on the phone and nobody seeming to know anything about the offer and then being told point blank that I can't have it...well now I'm interested... If only as a matter of principal.

Update to follow.
"But going forward, at Ulster Rugby, one thing will never change. As long as this great club exists, the person and the player, Nevin Spence, will never be forgotten."

IF!!! ..... I CAN DO NOTHING WITH IF!!

I know several people who signed up for it with no problems.
