Surprised I haven’t seen a mention of this. So just in case you don’t know, Gavin Andrews chats with Cavey each week. Trimble, Paddy Wallace have featured and this week it was Chris Henry.
A real easy watch and Cavey is hilarious every week.

Volunteer at an animal sanctuary; it will fill you with joy , despair, but most of all love, unconditional love of the animals.

He is fine for ths kind of thing, especially when Ireland related, but don’t expect anything worthwhile from him during ulster games. He relies on the coaching staff to pick him and the players are the guys he has to face every day in trainng and are by and large his mates, therefore criticism is likely to be non existent. Same goes for all current or very recently retired players. I don’t know why the media pick these guys for this purpose.
