So Treviso have 12 in the Italian 23 playing Ireland. Could be a similar side to the one who played v D4 on Saturday.

Ulster could get Herring and McCloskey released from Camp Joe.

Probably. The local fans can be lively, interesting to see who we get from the Pro 14 referee lucky dip this week. I am going to guess Ben Whitehouse.....I hope not mind

Craig Gilroy (back spasm during warm up), Robert Baloucoune (groin) and Michael Lowry (quad contusion) picked up injuries in the game against Dragons on Friday. Their availability for this weekend will depend on their response to treatment.

Take your wellies if you're popping over to Venice.

The 06.20 flight on Saturday morning has me bate. I'm going to take a leisurely train trip to Ipswich v PNE instead.

The Negronis won't be as nice.

I'd have McPhillips in for Burns, but other than that...

I've never been an optimist, but I love optimists, they often make me smile & you, my son, are no exceptions. :thumleft:
NEVER MOVE ON. Years on, I cannot ever watch Ireland with anything but indifference, I continue to wish for the imminent death of Donal Spring, the FIRFUC's executioner of Wee Paddy & Wee Stu, and I hate the FIRFUCs with undiminished passion.

Benetton Rugby v Ulster

Referee: Mike Adamson (SRU)

AR1: Ben Blain (SRU), AR2: Gabriel Chirnoaga (FIR)

TMO: Stefano Penne (FIR)

He did the Parma game last year which we lost. Disallowed a try for blocking I think.

Did you know Ulster have never lost in Treviso......... :duck: :duck:

Only side that Treviso have not beaten at home

There are 8 members of the Benetton pack away on international duty with Italy and 12 or 13 away overall. Learning or not, Ulster really should win this game.
