Munster V Ulster Sat 29th Sept 7:15

Post by BaggyTrousers »

According to the Irish Mirror these are the odds:

Munster - 13/10

Draw - 22/1

Ulster - 10/11

Think I'll have 4 houses on Cratloe Road. Rent due if you land on it: nathin' it's heavily mortgaged to the FIRFU.

Interesting to see what the 23 for this game will be after the South African tour. Will the likes of Henderson, Murphy, Cooney, Addison and Gilroy play?

Is this a game we are targeting? Or is the focus on the Connacht game and the 2 European matches?

It's 7:35pm for KO >EW

Not enough fit ‘ones’ to make up a 23.
Wasn’t Cooney an HIA last weekend?

Cheers. I imagined he was an HIA, but I was over my Guinness limit.

We will get destroyed at scrum time. POM et al will have a point to prove after their display against Connacht. I would expect a backlash up front. For that reason I would love to see a first choice pack head down there. The backs will be a case of who is available. No word on Stockdale?

Meanwhile the actual odds are

Munster 10/11 (-13)
Draw 25/1
Ulster 10/11 (+13)

Stockdale was predicted to be out 6-8 weeks in mid August.

I know Munster will be wanting to make a point after the performance in Cardiff, but they have Leinster in LR next week then Europe so they might rotate their squad.

I say, old boy, you sound a little testy. Let me tell you, my good man, that there are no "actual odds" save for what one individual bookmaker advertises, then indeed that set of odds becomes "actual odds" however as you may or should know, many different bookmakers will provide an alternative odds, ergo there is no such thing as "THE actual odds".

Capiche? Good.

Ulster aren't winning this one, is my educated guess, I'd have been much happier if Munster had snattered Caaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaadiff rather than having been soundly spanked and sent to bed sans supper. A truly dreadful defeat.

Oops I meant Cardiff. I was thinking about Connacht because we play them next.
