It seems to be a bit late in the day for any further signings. WTF is going on?

You’d hope the delay is someone with a bit of wit is convincing UR that forwards win games, not backs - so spend money on beefing up the front five not a marquee 10 who will we turn into shyte like we did with Charles.

Ah FFS, totally forgot that Ah Feck is still drawing a wage - makes a mockery of UR when contextualised against who has been lost off the books recently and he’s still in the squad. When is his contract due to expire? His full capitation costs must be immense when his feeding and sorting out the trap afterwards is included.

He signed a 2 year deal so he should be out of the door unless we're planning to convert him to a centre.

Has the SA out half blocked from signing a few weeks ago gone elsewhere or are we now limited to Munster rejects. No chance I suppose of buying Steenson out of his Exeter contract and would he want to come anyway. Time is running out fast for any kind of fix. Of course the IRFU don't give a toss about us anyway

Probably. Right now I’d be happy with a Munster cast off on the understanding that they are to support and back up McP, and money can be spent on a front row and lock like a Court and Touhy (couldn’t get a Muller these days as UR not an attraction).

Mind we really need another Cooney 9/10 type and it boils my pish there is one who would come back in a heartbeat for a sound salary as he has long term family and career in mind. FOFIRFU, FONUCICNUTFUCKBALLIX.

I’d take Capt Jean Luc Picard if it meant a non marquee signing and investment in the pansie pack.
