Question: can Will Addison, if he's fit, cover 3/4 positions simultaneously?

As for the A team not playing the same weekends, I assume that is a wee joke?
I'd have guessed the A games may be scheduled mid week and around the few existing breaks.
And, of course, I use the word 'scheduled' to mean 'hastily arranged in the dead of night for the following day at 3:45pm in a deserted car park, 7 miles out of a small provincial town'.
Glad you clarified that.

Of course, I'd forgotten that the B&I Cup is no more so perhaps the weekend clashes may be a thing of the past, though I wouldn't be too sure that that was taken into account when deciding squad numbers.
NEVER MOVE ON. Years on, I cannot ever watch Ireland with anything but indifference, I continue to wish for the imminent death of Donal Spring, the FIRFUC's executioner of Wee Paddy & Wee Stu, and I hate the FIRFUCs with undiminished passion.

Why are we releasing players when we haven't got a head coach? Surely Cairns is a better bet than Shanahan?

Ex-Leinster players get the priority.

He looked like he could have been solid enough when thrown in at the deep end. Wtf is Shanahan still doing here?

Is this the Cairns that got a debut against the European Champions then was thrown under the bus literally the following week when he turned up for SA? Obvious coaches see more than we do but as with Gary why are players being realeased before we have a coach in place.... he might have different views on players and indeed coaches..

I could hardly call myself a fan of Shananananahan and his baby deer approach to ruggers but Cairns isn't near the standard required. great attitude but we shouldn't be holding either of their hands imo.

Cairns really shouldn't be anywhere near the pro game as a winger, just not physical enough for it.
