Re: LOGAN OUT PETITION
Logan only went to Dublin to collect the 6 Nations Cup and Triple Crown because one of his kpi’s was to bring trophies to Ulster.

Bit of a toss up as to where to post this but stuck it

They were quite right to keep the bandwagon jumpers out. They would have wanted to turn it into a circus. BBCNI and the Belly laugh are capable of doing that without external aid.Russ wrote:They restricted it to only sports journalistsMac wrote:Bit of a toss up as to where to post this but stuck it

Re: LOGAN OUT PETITION
It’s yet another PR blunder from UR which has come back to bite them. Already articles are appearing calling into question the decision to sack /revoke PJ & SO. Also now pointing out the double standards and the terminal decline of Ulster under Slogan.

The only way the media can squeeze more mileage out of this story is to do a 180 and take the contrary view.Tender wrote:It’s yet another PR blunder from UR which has come back to bite them. Re: LOGAN OUT PETITION
Russ read it again, UR suggested that the decision was in line with what the sports journos wanted, they are saying they were never consulted, so a dishonest decision by UR, I hear you and CT are London’s topshaggers, meeting at the Admiral Duncan ?Russ wrote:They restricted it to only sports journalistsMac wrote:Bit of a toss up as to where to post this but stuck it

Correct Kofi. If the rugby journos did not request this or were not consulted then this looks like a blatant lie by UR. Hard to believe a lie could emanate from UR, i know....
Re: LOGAN OUT PETITION
Correct. For the first time since the trial I googled one of the players names and there was not a single article posted that day. Then this one appears.Snipe Watson wrote:The only way the media can squeeze more mileage out of this story is to do a 180 and take the contrary view.Tender wrote:It’s yet another PR blunder from UR which has come back to bite them. It may have sunk in that two players lives have been ruined and that the press need to STFU because they need to work.
I have my own tv channel, what have you got?
Re: LOGAN OUT PETITION
The lads have gone and they ain't coming back. At this stage I couldn't really give a flying feck what the papers say any more, they can't do any more damage than they've already done.
Maybe even they might turn their attention on the spoofer and some good could come of it. Wouldn't that be a delicious irony.

Never wrestle with a pig. You end up covered in muck and the pig loves it.

Did they not say something like, "...after consulting regular attendees ..." ?Bart S wrote:Kofi Annan wrote:Russ read it again, UR suggested that the decision was in line with what the sports journos wanted, they are saying they were never consulted, so a dishonest decision by UR, I hear you and CT are London’s topshaggers, meeting at the Admiral Duncan ?Russ wrote:They restricted it to only sports journalistsMac wrote:Bit of a toss up as to where to post this but stuck it

I'm guessing there are regular attendees who are not journalists. Maybe they asked Ethel and Beaker.

Re: LOGAN OUT PETITION
Just wanted to bring this back up the topic list on the forum so that anyone who logs on can see that Logan Out is still in the forefront of the minds of many supoorters.
Now that he has drunk off the journos through the UR banning malarkey hopefully they will take umbrage with UR management too.
