Excellent ... those tackle bags wont hold themselves you know.
Seriously though - a rare bit of good news.

he's only 31. Could they not have given him 2 years?

Good news but I think he has another year or more extra left in him. I don't see anyone lining up to do the role anywhere near as well for now. This is supported bu the shambles of a midfield we see when he has been so disgracefully overlooked.
Paul.

Re: DC Signs On
Yeah would love to see a 2 year deal ... but DC owes us nahin ... give it a year to see if this ballix picks up any .. if not he might still get a nice we retirement cheque elsewhere for a year or two.
If that be the case I wish him well.

Ach sure it’s not the Ulster way. We don’t give more than 1 year deals unless you’re seriously medically busted, or just plain daverage.
Re: DC Signs On
Does this mean Addison is not coming..... Payne is retiring..... the IRFU are running Olding out of town....

Speaking of Daves ... Has anyone seen or heard from Kabaddi Davick ... I wonder does Eastwoods have a scrap yard for Saffers ...

You saying he couldn't face another two years of this shambles?Dave wrote:Face wouldn't fit a two year deal.
Must admit, I was getting close to deciding, that's it - I'm outta here, no more season ticket for me, but if Darren can stick it, I will reconsider a while longer. Albeit, this is Darren's livelihood, whereas it's only my leisure pursuit.
Still very much depends on how measured and proportionate IRFU come across as at the end of this review. If they show up as hypocritical as I fear, then stuff them.

DC has a heart shaped like a red hand, it is one of a species that has been sadly lacking for a while and is probably part of Willie Andersons intensive genetic modification plan for academy lads.UlsterNo9 wrote:Does this mean Addison is not coming..... David Attenborough is coming to do a 2 hour special on the life of the lesser spotted Cave some time next season.

I feel in my water that DC would make an excellent coach. Perhaps he is hanging on in the hope of a future coaching ticket. He is Ulster through and through after all. I could of course be talking through me hoop!
