Post by Deraless »

It looks as though Wiehann might be on the injury list again, judging by this BBC report...

Never wrestle with a pig. You end up covered in muck and the pig loves it.

Lion said they were tasty but a bit tough to chew

All he needed to do was tell the lion that this was Ulster's year for silverware at last. Not even a hungry lion would swallow that.

I'm really struggling to locate any sympathy for this poacher.
The phrase "up your hole with a big jam roll" keeps springing to mind.

Don't know the full details, but an African poacher doing it to feed a starving family engenders slightly more sympathy than Herbst or his clients
Volunteer at an animal sanctuary; it will fill you with joy , despair, but most of all love, unconditional love of the animals.

Sometimes the wildlife score.
If you eat what you shoot, go right ahead. If you shoot for trophies, stuffed and mounted on a wall, then you’re a bit of a Kunt .
Having said that, it might be the only way Ulster bag a trophy in the foreseeable.

Don't speak Saffer, but I'm assuming this is the bit about "you shall not murder (defenceless animals)"?Image
