Sorry Snipe, I apologise. It was a warmed up recap of yesterday’s dirge.

Some issues were ruled inadmissible by the judge. Or so I'm told.

Back in time for Sprays game.

There were to be no proceedings today

That's what I thought Snipe, unless legal argument has been disclosed, WTF knows.

What was "supposedly" withheld? I clearly missed that part.

'witholding information' of a crime. Aka not being a tout.

I admit to being guilty myself. I saw a car on the M1 this morning with a defective break light.

In the case of Harrison, the implication is that he knew a rape had been committed, but failed to report it to the police.

Completely separate from attempting to pervert the course of justice. And a lot less serious.

Police: Don't speculate in your statement, just answer the questions accurately.

RH does as asked, so Headjob goes off on one about verbal fencing, not speculating and only answering the questions he was asked but not all the ones he wasn't asked.

Cheers :salut: I wouldn't have had a Scooby Doo about that. But I'm paid less than Hedworth.

Not a particularly well known crime (let's face it we tend to receive most of our legal knowledge from the Big Island), but one with a chequered past here, as you can imagine.

Also interesting in that it can cause problems for certain professions (doctors, clergy, etc) who in GB could be expected to maintain client confidentiality. Could end up charged here.

We never did get to hear Paddy's favourite colour... Or who he voted for in the great British menu....

FFFS, jury sent home again, another "legal matter has arisen". Will this pantomime ever close?

Possibility of a few jurors being thrown out
Very hard to stay away from the meedya

Possibility of a mistrial given the absolute clusterfeck of the prosecution

Mistrial would mean that a case could be brought again?
