Just popped on to see what’s happening after a busy week at Cheltenham.

Prosecution handpicking texts outta context.
Another was the "looking a bit spenny" one which they said meant spent and that they were clearly for getting plastered.
Next text was what about the next week being cheaper.
It meant expensive.

Trying to sentence them via whatsapp when there's yet to be a single piece of evidence entered to corroborate her story

Re: Replacement 10
The message one was good as there was an article last week with the texts and messages all in correct order, it did not sound half as bad as the prosecution version and some were not actually anything to do with case.

No it was in the press, it was the actual timeliness of messages that were put together and agreed by prosecution and defence. Then in the prosecution opening statement Toby went off script and stated them out of order and did not include them all hence meanings changed and it made them look far worse.Snipe Watson wrote:Was that one of Kofi's?Rooster wrote:The message one was good as there was an article last week with the texts and messages all in correct order, it did not sound half as bad as the prosecution version and some were not actually anything to do with case.

One of the reasons for all the breaks due to "legal matters have arisen" is because Toby keeps going back on things which have been previously agreed.
