Simple question

have you ever in your life made a lewd or judgmental comment about another person of the gender you are sexually attracted to?

If the answer is yes, "but...", you're a hypocrite.
So if he is a hypocrite, that means the wabs comments can be excused?

IIRC the main derogatory comment in the wassap exchanges came from another member of the playing squad who wasn't named and isn't on trial - either in court or on twitter

Its understandable and most people would draw similar conclusions.
But either way you are demonstrating prejudice based on a single encounter.
thanks Liz and if I had of said no I have never met them, the reply would be, You're judging them on not having been in their company, it's a no win situation,a bit like this trial then.....

"had of" ? Come on Scrum, you can do better than that. "had" is all that is needed to form the pluperfect tense.

Not really any of those by the 2 players, not smart but nothing you wouldn't expect from young lads.
Some of the other comments from those not there were the worst

My eldest daughter says only bit that would have rattled her was the use of the term slutty by the complainant about the 3 girls and the comment by McIlroy about brassers, but she would have sorted them both next time she saw them with a comment to the complainant and a swift knee to McIlroy' s boll0cks on the dance floor !

Scrum I'm only repeating back to you what you have revealed.
You have met them once and based your opinions on that.

Judge is starting to give orders and she say a unanimous decision must be reached and there is no time limit. I hope their is not one clampit in the middle of them all or that could take quite some time with all the charges involved.
