Season Ticket Survey

Post by colind »

Just received a survey for Season Ticket Holders.

Do you plan to renew?

How do you rate the matchday experience? etc etc

What are your TOP 3 reasons for being a Season Ticket Holder? *

Loyalty to the team

Sense of belonging

Cost savings on match tickets

Money can't buy experiences and Season Ticket Holder events

Access to Priority Booking

Social aspect

Family time

Top class rugby

This is the real tough one to find 3

Do you think the feckers will listen... they will only do so when season tickets drop significantly and this year could be a litmus test.

The survey is more fluff & bubbles but at least the last section allows for further comments, so most people will get stuck in.

I did like the question would you buy a two year season ticket if they froze the price.
Yeah let’s take one jump at a time, like would you renew if we don’t qualify for the Super Duper Cup.

When filling in your survey just for one moment think of the following words from our own TERRY..
"In the future, the dream ticket for Ulster is that we are the world's best and people are coming here from around the world to see how we do it.
and also..
"I think we are neck and neck with Munster, if not slightly ahead. Leinster are excellent and hats off to them but we fully intend to rein them in by improving more quickly than them."

I wondered about that one, do they mean pay up this season for 2 seasons or just say you will ?
If it's 2 years money this season that is a very dangerous financial problem in the making if they spent any a year earlier than it is for as regards cash flow

I can't believe they gave us space for comments.
The phrase SACK KISS seemed to feature a lot in mine. I know it'll be ignored, but still feels good to vent while dipping into my chuckie eggs.

Are season ticket renewals normally done this early?
