Tommy Bowe

Post by Dave »

Tommy has entered Baggy's limerick competition (that I won). Oh and he's retiring. Good luck at selling shoes in the future, Tommy.

No Tommy and no Charlie next season. Season ticket sales will focus on Marcell's latest comeback.

It hasn't been an easy last few years for Tommy, injury after injury, we really haven't had a sustained period of him in form since he came back, but a superb player in form. To my dying day, I will maintain that I've never seen a winger with the ability of Tommy to be in the right place at the right time.

I just hope he doesn't crop up at 13 again this season, FFFS :banghead:

So that is the first of the old guard not to be offered another contract, who is next for the chop?

At least we might be inspired in his last game as we were for Ruan and Roger Wilson, thats if he ever plays again...

A wise decision considering the recent injury problems but at his best he was one of the best finishers in the business ... take a bow(e) big man  :red:

Bowe gathers, Bowe gathers, Holy God in Heaven etc

As he says himself not the fastest winger ever but can't be many more with a better rugby brain.

A much better trys to game ratio than most Ulster and Ireland wingers tells you all you need to know
