Anyone care to work out how things fair if LR, Munster and scarlets all end up on 21 points and top their tables. If ulster get the same they will be away to one of them.

That got me into a frenzy.....

Anything less than a bonus point win away to Wasps guaranteeing a home semi final will be worse than the manner of the away defeat to Leinster and the humiliation in Italy this year....... IMHO
Only teams with a guaranteed home semi final are seeds nos 5 and 6 if they win their QF ;)
Missed my quarter and got a full semi on before I could think

(c) If ranking remains unresolved and/or if clubs have not played each other previously in the pool stage, qualification/ranking will be determined as follows:
(i) the best aggregate points difference from the pool stage; or
(ii) if equal, the number of tries scored in the pool stage; or
(iii) if equal, the club with the fewest number of players suspended under Disciplinary Rules in the pool stage; or
(iv) if unresolved, by drawing lots.

Looking at last years seeding

1 Clermont - 26
2 Munster - 24 Diff 96 Tries 18
3 Saracens - 24 Diff 94 Tries 20
4 Leinster - 23
5 Wasps - 22
-----------
6 Glasgow
7 Toulouse
8 Toulon

Saracens and Munster both topped their group on equal points of 24. Munster were seeded higher than Sorries due to points scored and conceded difference.

That’s the backline i’d like to see JB, but not what I expect.

Current Points Difference:

La Rochelle +26 to play Quins (H)
Munster +35 to play CO (H)
Scarlets +36 to play RCT (H)

If all finish on 21 points, Munster likely to finish 3rd seed I reckon.

Too tight to call then:
Toulon 18 pts +37
Scarlets 17 pts +36
Ulster 17 pts + 33
LR 16 pts +26
Munster 16 pts +35.

Only one of scarlets and Toulon can go through realistically so it will be a lot clearer after this game depending on bps scored.

Don't be silly JB. I reckon you've got the personnel right but with our random position selector we're more likely to see this.

9. Stockdale
10. Ludik
11. Cave
12. Piutau
13. Cooney
14. Leiilifano
15. McCloskey

Or if not that then:-

9. Cooney
10. Christian
11. Ludik
12. McCloskey
13. Cave
14. Stockdale
15. Piutau
Paul.
