Oz v NZ and Glasgow v Leinster were really enjoyable games. Bad news is Glasgow can now totally concentrate on the Pro14.
From the rolling glens of Antrim through the hills of Donegal we will stand and shout for Ulster as we win both scrum and maul from the lovely lakes of Fermanagh tae the shores of ould Lough Gall we will scream and shout for Ulster as we beat them one and all!

This has been a weekend of totally unpredictable scores and results. Yes Saracens Clermont and Toulon all won eventually but non of the results could be called convincing victories.
Ever the optimist I feel as the match gets closer that maybe in spite of some of the dire predictions and forecast results on these pages that Ulster will bring back some pts from this trip. I see the inclusion of Henry and Cave as key to our hopes.

I tend you use the fact that I see nothing but abject defeat looming to lessen the effects on my dodgy blood pressure when it all unravels and anything remotely decent happens I am pleasantly surprised.

That said our away games thus far have been utterly dire. Expectations continue to be low.
NEVER MOVE ON. Years on, I cannot ever watch Ireland with anything but indifference, I continue to wish for the imminent death of Donal Spring, the FIRFUC's executioner of Wee Paddy & Wee Stu, and I hate the FIRFUCs with undiminished passion.

The fact is that all to many belittle the Pro14 And while the Italian sides are inconsistent they are very capable of getting a result and therefore not the walkovers as many think they are .

Rugby is a team game and those who play as a team usually win thus a fact cheque book may not always produce the best team

So Roast Pork, with a creamy mash, garden peas and a cheesy mushroom sauce. Simple food done well with strong flavours.
Strong and simple works every time, especially away from home.

If Ulster come out of this with an LBP I'll eat any of Tender's leftover cheesy mushroom sauce

Made a reasonable start then 2 stupid turnovers and we're staggering on the ropes.
