Leinster is not being targetted

lol.

If Lesley threw a home game against Mexico there'd be a coup d'etat.
Could be a camp-Joe decimated cripple fight?
I have my own tv channel, what have you got?

Will surely hurt Mexico more cause let's be honest, there aren't too many of our carthorses on Joseph's radar right now.

Thelaw wrote:Im surprised at the level of outrage aimed at Ulster by some on here. A quick search showed that in 2015/16 The La Rochelle budget was 16.4 Million. Ulsters was 9.3. At the end of the day we - and the other Provinces cannot continue to compete with the English and French. They have the money to buy whoever they want - to develop players etc. We simply dont.
I think, though, there is a big difference between expecting Ulster to win the game and accepting that it was a poor performance from Ulster. If Ulster played well and were well beaten at the hands of a (much) better team (on paper and on the park), that's one thing. I, and I think most, can accept that. We can accept that Ulster cannot compete financially or in terms of player resources when other clubs have recourse to money that is not generated within the game itself. If Ulster play as well as they could and still get beaten, that's fine.

My complaint isn't about that. It is about frustration at watching a team making the same errors, again and again; about a team inviting pressure onto itself; and a team that has not played close to what it should, on paper, be able to do for over three seasons. These problems show against teams like La Rochelle because they eventually make them count. But they are the same basic errors that sees Ulster struggle against significantly weaker teams in the league. They are the reasons why Ulster miss out on achievable bonus points; they are the reasons why Ulster draw at home to Cardiff whilst chasing a playoff place; and the reasons why Ulster lost against fecking Zebre.

That Ulster got beaten up by a much better team should be no excuse to ignore the role that Ulster's own failings, rather than the talent at La Rochelle, played in that defeat.

Careful what you wish for, it's looking more likely that you boys will need a visa to get into the UK if that nonsense ever actually happens.

I was disappointed by the lack of Brexit protest in La Rochelle given how well it was received at Zebre
