It is one of the benefits of "Sevens" it tends to be continuous running for 20 minutes in spurts at full pace . It also includes more handling a ball in that time than some players do in 80 minutes in the 15 version .

His second try was pure 7s beat the player and run .

The Dragons last try was text book -- make the break - pass and then support .As of course was Ulsters first try similar break pass and support. so many players make the break and fail to pass for a variety of reasons including a lack of awareness of supporting players only seeing a temporary open space .

Do teach us more, oh wise one.
Just one small point I'd like to point out...SEVENS IS PURE SHYTE AND NOT PROPER RUGBY.

Preach Brother Tender, Both God & I abominate 777777777777777777777777777777777777.

However, if he is as quick as he appeared, I don't care where it came from.

What would the people prefer, a former 7s or former rugby league player?

Who's most likely to make it as a player? Both fecked up forms of an oval ball game that should in theory develop players with transferable skills

At the turn of professionalism, Sir Ian turned to league returnees for the Lions tour to SA.

Gibbs, Bateman, Bentley, Tait, Quinnell etc

Jason Robinson and Sonny Bill weren't bad in either format so depends on the player I suppose.

That said, FOLK came from league with his defensive nous

I abominate 7777777777777 more than 5 tackles and a kick, to be honest. That's not saying much mind you. :D

I'd prefer neither, I'd certainly prefer Ulster to buck a trend of hiring rugby league players as defence coaches, but of course, Ulster goes one step further and employ one above his ability. :duh:

With Len gone, is there ever any need to mention the prime number in relationship to anything other than yer childhood toy and our pack?

Saw this on a Welsh site ...probably recycled but I thought it was good for a laugh.

''Dad, is it right the Dragons have won 2 matches?''

"Certainly is son!!"

"Dad, where are my Easter Eggs?"
