Just what I was thinking myself! Always said that Ruan was a man who could make a team carbide without hiccups.

Anyway, the title of the thread is "Cooney & Pienaar" then he states "it's hard to compare" so the implication is there of the thread being a lead into comparison of the two, thing is people here and on Bakebook are getting a tad hard and damp about the youngster (Cooney) and that Nucifuckwank was correct, now the player is only one year younger than Connor Murray, Connor Murray has 50 plus Ireland caps and a few lions caps, is Cooney going to be his long term successor , is he fûck, so since Murray burst on the scene Cooney has been playing around but not good enough , he hung around Leinster while Joe was the boss, oh that's when he kept picking Boss and Redden, so who held this awesome talent back, did no one see the potential in him then and not chuck him across the border, my friends wise the fûck up. By the way I think Cooney do far has been outstanding but two things, he is not the future long term 9 and he is not a youngster as the tubes on Bakebook think.

Maybe Nucifuckwank is correct and players should be move to provinces earlier, Leinster have some kids who at 3rd choice are better than are 1st choice, let's cut the wheat from the chaff earlier save some dosh.

Montpellier will become too reliant on the great one so their pack will be gash for years to come.

He stuffed Ulster with his greatness, good riddance

I hope his garlic string gets caught in the wheels of his bike and he goes over the handlebars, losing his beret in the process.

Sure CL was all Ulster "til I die" in the post match interview despite only being here 5 mins. They have to play the game.

Comparing Cooney to Pienaar is a waste of time. The real question is whether or not Cooney has, so far, exceeded expectations or not. I would be amazed if anyone could say honestly that they thought he was going to play as well as he has to date. I certainly didn't think it.
Far too early to say much more than that.

That's it in a nutshell Rocky, and I haven't seen anyone wasting time trying to compare the two. For once we all seem to be in agreement that there is no comparison - now it's just a case of letting Cooney get on with playing as well as he can and not worrying about comparisons.
