Maybe setting something up for the future? Scout? Or a job in a year? Shouldn't be doing it on our time. We are a joke of a team to let him do that, but sure, since the time Afoa was going home on a regular basis, it was there to see.

Is Logan responsible for the professional game? Others to blame as well.

We lack leadership, discipline , honesty and values , all the things you would expect from an officer and a man who has been a top CEO, unfortunately we have a buffoon in charge, how the people in postion of influence with UR cannot see this is more telling of their inability to be decision makers of our professional club, amateurs got the jobs when rugby went pro and the same idiots are there.

Logan is suppose to run the whole show, he now distances himself from some of it , the men who are yesterdays men, the ones who self proclaim they are the wise council and are there to keep the show in check, the likes of Watson and Co, they are the ones who are ruining this club and totally 100% unaccountable

McGlock can't take us to the next stage.
It'll be all right when Humph leaves. He shafted McGlock.
We need to get rid of Anscombe he's not professional enough.
Clarke and Doak are toxic they need sacked.
Kiss is a disaster.
It's all Logan's fault. Once he's gone, it'll be grand.

Something is rotten at the heart of Ulster Rugby.

I’m starting to wonder if it was known this might happen, and Logan has been kept on to carry the can, and then be turned out in turn, but that’s probably over thinking it.

Regardless, if he has told us he needs to leave for compassionate reasons, and then goes to France, his stuff should be waiting by the gate in a black bin bag, and we shouldn’t pay him a penny more..

Snipe ... it has been there for a while since the days of the Fat Controller and the cancer still remaIns as the unaccountable cabal that works behind the committees... They appointed Logan they will appoint his replacement and if anyone comes in to challange they will undermine them to protect themselves..

I agree if he went and from all accounts he did he shouldn’t be back in through the door.. Bryn grow a set and tell him to pack now he doesn’t give a feck... tell Willie to circle the wagons and give him the one game.. we are fecked anyhow.

I know what you’re saying, but for me that (I.e. the people) is the heart of Ulster, or any other team - and we have just had a succession of wrong ‘uns... Sorting it out means more than replacing any one of them - it means a big cultural change.

Under Logan we have seen a culture of: big talk rather than big actions, lack of accountability for decisions, widespread mistrust/back-stabbing, kow-towing to the IRFU rather than unashamedly pursuing Ulster’s best interests (like all the other provinces manage to do), complete lack of any over-arching strategic plan - leading to short-term thinking and haphazard decisions (eg signing of Piutau), appalling communication with the media and fans, and complete dishonesty with no consequences - we have basically turned into Liar-ville

The culture of any organisation is set from the top - so no, getting rid of Logan won’t magically cure things (especially if he is replaced by someone equally unsuited to the job) but getting rid of him is a prerequisite if we want real cultural change in the organisation IMO...
