There is no salary cap in the Championship, they sign up who they like and pay what they want, then IF they get promoted the salary cap doesn't come into effect for current deals.
How does that work for CP etc, who arent currently Bristol players? Surely his contact doesnt start until Bristol have completed their season, meaning his contact wont begin while they are a championship club?
He'll be their marquee

Back to our own contracts the pending clear out needs to get rid of some of those expensive waste of money buys we specialise in.

Hond OUT
RAY OUT
Diack why 2 year secret contract should be OUT
Shan OUT
smallp OUT
BOWE OUT
Trimble OUT
Deysel OUT
Heron OUT (Bret not Rob)
Ross OUT

that should balance books a little and to think some of the other players are on a much much smaller salary...

Confirmed now on the bbc. Signed for 2018-19 season, no mention of any longer than that.

You know you are in bad shape when your best prop this season signs for Worcester.

I hope Ulster were at least talking to him.
NEVER MOVE ON. Years on, I cannot ever watch Ireland with anything but indifference, I continue to wish for the imminent death of Donal Spring, the FIRFUC's executioner of Wee Paddy & Wee Stu, and I hate the FIRFUCs with undiminished passion.
