Jonny Gray who was linked to Bristol has signed a new 2 year deal to stay with Glasgow, wonder will Hendo become the 2nd player to earn a mill

Afoa being linked to Bristol as well, wonder how they'll manage the salary cap

It's a story in the Irish Indo..........large salt mine required ;)

Both lads have played in Europe this season, would be cup-tied for our QF in April ;)

There is no salary cap in the Championship, they sign up who they like and pay what they want, then IF they get promoted the salary cap doesn't come into effect for current deals.

I see the Salary cap for English clubs is in theory £7M... I wonder how close Ulster are to that?

In reality probably not to far off it, by what I have witnessed in the last season and a half I'd say about 50p

How does that work for CP etc, who arent currently Bristol players? Surely his contact doesnt start until Bristol have completed their season, meaning his contact wont begin while they are a championship club?
