Munster like ourselves have 2 season defining HC games after this inter provincial, having rested most of their 1st choice players against Connacht you would expect their strongest team, this is the one interprovincial I look forward to the most.

They will send their strongest team. No Downey or Dougall for them though.

They have been fortunate with some of their wins recently - they are getting results without really playing well. Expecting a big reaction from our lot.

Nice one. Could obviously really do with Henderson as well. Even if he's off the bench in the HEC, he's such a great carrier and can give us some front-foot ball. I'd start Williams, give him a good 60 min run out - he normally takes a few games to get going though.
