Which specific lifts/routines/excercises would cause a player to be more likely to suffer an ACL?
I have my own tv channel, what have you got?

It is perhaps the strengthening of certain muscles out of proportion to other muscles that can cause a weakness elsewhere

Tom was only going off on a stretcher on Sunday. His leg was heavily strapped so he was obviously carrying something. Rodders who was meant to be out for the season was pulled into the squad at last minute but never likely to feature. Hope ToT gets a nice bonus for wrecking himself and missing a world cup.

Rory ruled out of the summer tour to Australia with a hamstring injury, so should be nice and rested for next season.
