Qualification out of this group is still possible - victories over Bath in Bath (who have no chance and nothing to play for) and Edinburgh on the 'Hill could get us in as one of the top 2nd place teams

COME ON ULSTER!

What's this stuff about the challenge cup? Have I missed some new arrangement this year?

sounds if u come 2nd in the group but don't qualify for the QF, then u jump into the QF of the challenge cup, which at the moment, is realistically the level that we are at.

Yes ATH

Equal on match points comparison in the 2 games.
Equal on tries in the 2 games.
Stade have it on aggregate points difference (+3)

BBC Belfast studio definitely had a video feed. They could not have provided the detail they did had they not.

From the erc website bout the runners up and the challenge cup
The knock-out stages of future Amlin Challenge Cup tournaments will now include
three teams who will qualify through the Heineken Cup.

The introduction of three teams who have finished as Pool runners-up in that seasons’
Heineken Cup (the third, fourth and fifth ranked Heineken Cup Pool runners-up), to meet
the five Amlin Challenge Cup Pool winners, will enhance both the quality and profile
of the Amlin Challenge Cup knock-out matches.

A second bite at any cherry sounds good to me! The Challenge cup is the only competition we haven't yet won!
