He wasn't in the original ERC squad but was reportedly added before the weekend.

Having two fit looseheads will likely not be enough.

I would agree, however the reporting seemed to me that they were only considering it in the case that O'Sullivan didn't pass the assessment.

Best not to register just in case a change is needed for remaining matches and it is safer to wait and see who is best available at the time

Not according to the bombshell from this week’s podcast.

JB was firmly of the opinion that Farmer Schalk was signed on a three year contract.

WTAF? If that’s fact, someone needs manners put into them. I’m no fan of Rodders but he has lumbered breathlessly through quite a few games for us and once took down the Kearneygod. Step Through has given us nothing but fresh farm produce. Mostly manure.

The same journos had not a clue Kiss was leaving even on the day it was announced. Murray Kinsella had it on twitter a few days before.

I would want any info like that verified.

Allegedly SVDM attitude towards preparation/analysis of opposition prior to games is non existent which is why he isn't considered..

He’s probably right.

Bend down and push. Can’t be that complicated.

You'd have thought that that would be grounds to terminate contract?

Rodders makes do with ‘get down and push’ and a lot of stand up and point.
I recall he gave us all a laugh a while back when away in Jockland (methinks Weegees) when he dragged Rob Herring over the try line by the jersey.
SVDM has given us nothing.

Sure he was a great tour guide on the away trip to the Kings last year. Was taken along just for that by the looks of it.

I’d at least like to see with my own eyes that he is utterly useless and even worse than the threadbare resources we have, with one of the 2 clearly not up to the level required as we have seen this season.

Surely Warwick will need a rest after Racing if he is still in one piece and Hond needs to see some action on a field that doesn’t have any cows on it.

SVM shouldn't be anywhere near even having to play for a contract... that should have been addressed long before now the way any other professional outfit would have dealt with such a situation.. released and gone. For me sums up the pathetic amateur attitude of UR in the days of Kiss/Logan and to some extent Bryn..
