He may be available, but would you pick him ahead of Stockdale and Ludik?Neill_M wrote:Young Gilroy available for selection for this one.

Useful to have someone on the bench who can do a bit of damage though

Commeth the hour ... commeth the Big Rodders
Always ask yourself, "What would Big Rodney do"... And every time the answer is... "Eat It"
Re: Munster v Ulster Sat 5:35pm TG4/BBC2NI
Eggsacerly, I wouldn’t relish playing 60 minutes of intense Rugby (Presuming Ulster turn up), trying to contain Stockcube and then have a Top Texter running at me.
The only damage Rodders ever caused was to a sofa and a fish supper...he’d eat either

On the other hand Rodders would be one of the few players on the Ulster side who could wax lyrically about spit roasts on wassap ... and no one on the planet would think he was talking of anything other than a bacon bap.

It would be the full pig not just a slice of bacon thoughCornerfleg wrote:On the other hand Rodders would be one of the few players on the Ulster side who could wax lyrically about spit roasts on wassap ... and no one on the planet would think he was talking of anything other than a bacon bap.

I’m of a vintage which imagines Rodders eating an entire cow in one sitting, just like Desperate Dan.
They say you should never meet your heroes (Artistic license), but I hope I never meet Rodders sitting in a cafe eating a cauliflower steak with a quinoa salad. It would spoil that Desperate Dan image entirely.

I really don't think you need to worry unduly about thatTender wrote:I’m of a vintage which imagines Rodders eating an entire cow in one sitting, just like Desperate Dan.

Well my lovelies it's the sharp end of the season again and both of us neeeeeeeed a win this weekend, we have Newcastle at home Friday night, lose it and we can kiss goodbye to the playoffs after the no show at home to Northampton. Hope you have a good weekend and that we both qualify for the top Europe super doopa cup for next year.
