On the other hand, Matty Rea was said to have had a bang to the leg against the Ospreys, yet he was on crutches last night and Gusher mentioned a "nasty knee injury".
Anyone heard anything?

Re: Injury Update
I'd have thought a knee brace would be more appropriate for a knee injury. Never wrestle with a pig. You end up covered in muck and the pig loves it.

"However, back row Jean Deysel looks certain to miss the remainder of the season after sustaining what Gibbes described as a "significant knee injury" in Saturday's win over Glasgow.
There had been reports that the South African suffered a cruciate ligament injury but Gibbes said Ulster are still waiting for the "final diagnosis".

I read an article to say that it's more to do with the surface. How many ACLs has the pitch claimed?

Has anyone looked at the players boots? I recall a few years back, FC Barcelona attributed knee injuries to a certain type of boots. They banned the wearing of them.
