HELP!

Some websites I am trying to view (for example - Belfast Int. Airport's) keep coming up with the error page "Cannot find server. The page cannot be displayed", as it would if your internet connection was down, but most pages are fine, it's only a few so I can't work it out.

I tried deleting my cookies and temporary internet files etc (whatever they are)

Thanks for any guidance...(or reassurance that it's not just me!)

it could be something as simple as a problem at the host for the Belfast Airport site. Though I've just tried both the City and Aldergrove without any problem. Also it could be related to bandwidth limitations on your ISPs routers/gateways. It is hard to tell where the problem is without lots of tracing equipment - but if some sites work and some don't and you've already cleared your cookies and cache then the problem probably isn't at your end.

To be honest my most frequent problem is with the message board on this site. Access times out far too frequently even when there appear to be few users on the site.

Nic

Been having similar problems myself since Wednesday. Broadband (BT) went completely last night and only got it back with the help of BT helpline. Still getting the odd error message tonight, but usually solved by a "refresh".
