O'Sullivan, McBurney, Moore, O'Connor, Treadwell, Reidy, Murphy, Coetzee, Shanahan, Johnston, Ludik, Hume, Marshall, Balacoune, Lowry.
Andrew, Warwick, Kane, O'Connor, Rea, Stewart, Moore, Gilroy.
Something like that. Not sure if Timony is fit.

Re: Ospreys v Ulster Sat Feb 15

We have persisted with Shannahan for far to long. The gap between him and Cooney is vast as is the gap between him and any other "reserve " 9 in Ireland. The team not only suffers but also has to change structure considerably to compensate for his deficiencies particularly when we are on ...

Re: Ulster v Bath

he's in the overall sevens squad of about 20, which includes a development team, but hasn't broken into the main squad - probably because Jordan Conroy is their current speedster and very quick indeed.
That being the case, it does seem surprising that he isn't in the Ireland U20 squad for the 6N.

Re: Christmas Targets pre Euro fixtures

Some players must be rested now - Marcell, JC, Marty Moore, possibly also Hendy, Luke Marshall, Stewart McCloskey and Billy Burns (can we now think of calling him King Billy?). I would give Shananananana and Johnston a few matches together. I can envisage a team for Leinster of Faddes, Kernohan, Ste...

Re: Ulster Vs Harlequins Sat 7th Dec @ 15.15 BT Sport

Just watched the match again. Three wee points of interest. Their first try, Marler clearly in from the wrong side at the ruck before the try. Marler at 47:3 holding Herring's foot while on the ground. Fair play on the third try, Dombrandt was onside or as near as makes no difference. Fair play - N...

Re: #boibegin

why are you blaming Ulster for what happened to the WhatsApp Two? It wasn't Ulster who got rid of them (well, Shane Logan aside and he's gone). We have an excellent new CEO, a new head coach and a good young team who need all the support we can give them. Ravenhill is a fortress again. Nothing to st...

Re: Bath v Ulster

Unbelievable negativity from some of you on this board right now. Firstly, you continue to punish UR for things over which they had no control. Ryan Pienaar was kicked out by Nucifora, not by Ulster. It was Ulster, on the other hand, who signed John Cooney and he has proven to be a very good replace...

If Burns is fit, he'll start with BJ on the bench. If he's nor fit, BJ will start. That's why he was held in check on Saturday, I think.

Re: Ulster v Cardiff Fri 25th October 7:35pm

Think you're forgetting about Reidy - one of our best and most consistent back-rowers. Also think Hendy isn't quick enough to play six. Don't know if Carter has ever played in the back row. Arguably Treadwell is the quickest of all our locks. But for me, our primary back row would be Reidy, Murphy a...
