Alternatives to Jones won’t feature for 2 years?
Mcnabney, Mcloughlan and Crothers have featured this season.
Jones has been having these ‘last chance’ games for at least 3 seasons now!!
He won’t be any better than winter 22/23.

Burns is on the bench now though.
He was unavailable for the last few weeks.

Doak at 9 again. Is the great experiment finished? I don’t think they know what they’re doing. They picked Doak for the last two away matches in France. Hardly an easy baptism for a player that has only started one match in professional rugby at 10. If Ulster rugby think the can alternate Doak betw...

Greg Jones back in the frame. FFS.
what is the bloody point in selecting him over one of the youngest backrowers like McNabney, Crothers or McLaughlin.

Re: Dan’s Not the Man.
He’d be a good addition.
People can say what they like about him, but he had a positive role as a coach when here. As good an impact as any and I’m starting to wonder where those criticising his attitude a bit jealous of his relative success?

Re: TRANSFER RUMOURS!!
If the irfu are happy for 4 out of 5 outhalfs to sit in leinster and it not affect their international chances, then they must allow ulster to sign a ten. It is too important a position to be hoping someone will work out. Cooney has perhaps one or two seasons left, doak could have nailed down the 9...

Re: The Decline of Ferris
Surely the best response the players could do to make a point to Ferris is to just unfriend him en masse. Or stop Conceding 40/50points? Isn't that the responsibility of the defence coach? Our defence has been poor since Bell arrived. My primary concern is the quality of the assistant coaches at th...

Ulster badly need a 9 or 10 capable of professional rugby and not someone for the academy.

Surely the best response the players could do to make a point to Ferris is to just unfriend him en masse. Or stop Conceding 40/50points? That’s the only way they will win respect of former players. This is not a great Ulster side. Our most naturally gifted player by a distance is Jacob Stockdale, a...
