Bargain.....ulster were quoted £160k for Parisse 8 years ago....albeit that would have been a pretty good signing!

Perhaps a better indication of £180k being a bargain is that Mr O'Connor, once of this parish, was on £100k.

I know absolutely that Ulster and Matt were in talks for him to come here....however my understanding was that Matt wanted to bring with him a backs coach from the Canterbury set up at the time and Ulster baulked at that...

Interesting because I heard he was not now coming to Ulster.....
