Re: Ian Paisley dies aged 88

Deckard Mandela was a convicted terrorist and was the leader of an organization that killed more blacks than whites anyway, you like others will believe the rewritten history that suits people who are offended by the truth and are weak minded and bow to the offenders rather than have their own opin...

Re: Ian Paisley dies aged 88

Interesting that people who near openly wept at the demise of a convicted terrorist like Mandela are quick to sully the name after the death of Ian Paisley I hope UR observe the death of Ian as they have other Politicians. would it not be fairer to say that most people paid their respects to the st...

Re: PRO12 R1: Away to Scarlets

Did you watch any rugby last season? They had the most improved scrum in the league having been as weak as water for the previous few. Suggest that the new scrum laws may have suited them as it did some of our props, notably Black. I watched plenty :D but I have to confess niceties of front row pla...

Re: Munster 2014-2015

13K+. Very poor for Munster but probably a club record for anyone else bar youse'n'us. There is no way on earth there were 13k there - 7 or 8 at most I'd say. Seriously poor show by Munster - in fact they can be glad that Edinburgh weren't very ruthless, they could have been 15 points clear at HT. ...

Leinster 2014-15

Not to detract from the 13-14 thread, but I suppose we should have a new season Leinster thread! I'm a bit of a Leinster fan, but I must say I was happy to see Glasgow get the result todaty - they were the better side by some distance, in fact they were the most impressive Pro12 team I've seen so fa...

Re: PRO12 R1: Away to Scarlets

Seriously frustrating performance I thought, if our defence had been anywhere near last season's average performance, we would have won that by 20 points!! Maybe an exageration, and in fairness they finished a couple of tries nicely, but 14 points were due to defensive howlers (Marshall's intercept ...

Re: Representative games

Did many supporters turn up ? they had basically opened up half of the West Stand, and it was about two-thirds full (?) or thereabouts at a guess. It was a good idea to squeeze everyone in together - hopefully next time they'll open one of the bars down below!! Surely a couple of hundred thirsty pu...

Re: Ulster Underage Interpros 2014

And to add insult to injury not a fecking bar open in the place..

Yes Dow has looked really promising, some great carries. I don't think the backs are too far from clicking, the centres have both hit nice lines on occasion, and Stockdale looks sharp too, it's just been the final pass..

Re: Ulster Underage Interpros 2014

Poor from the 20s so far.. Lions share of possession and territory, done little with it, set piece creaking, huge error count and SOH radar off! 3-0 at HT surely can only get better??

what's the TV screenage there like? I was thinking of heading to the Errigle tomorrow, but I have always found it hard to get a decent view of a screen there..

+1 UpAtSix An honest grafter, and a top bloke. indeed, a cracking player, and not just a ruck inspector - check out who's on Heaslip's shoulder in this try in the match that set us on our way to the grand slam.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JTS85UE1ask I remember reading an interview with Mike M...

Re: Munster Meltdown!!!

I couldn't give a shíte. If there are any players who are upset about this they should f-ck off and join their local creche rugby club and they won't be missed. Shan, I think this misses the point about the significance of the whole episode - it's nothing to do with players with upset feelings, I t...

I'm quite looking forward to this match tomorrow! I think the next home game against Leinster kicks off at 4pm the evening of the Zebre game AFAIK
