Re: Munster game
The fact players will either be way, or have extremely limited game time due to the internationals might be are only hope of a win this week. That and some of the Munster squad might be spent after the heroic efforts of last weekend.

Re: Ulster Vs Exeter Live
Towards the end CP made a great break, offloaded to RP, but know one else was near by. Neither forwards or backs either read what was happing or. Ould keep up. CP brings the x factor, but maybe zhlild have passed on a few occasions. Meanwhile a few of our other backs should have held onto the ball i...

Re: Ulster Vs Exeter Live
Les just called out RP for a telling off , after not following the game plan. Apparently he was meant to change direction of play more. Fez squealing on Frano who apparently was hiding out on the wing and walking after box kicks. I wonder is there an issue with our forwards fitness. There is diffint...

Re: Vs Exeter
So glad to see Paddy kick that drop goal, but we never should have been in that position. Dispite our stellar back line we seem blunt so often.

Re: Connacht V Ulster Live updates
It's all very well talking about player rotation and gambling on the team sheet , but that's no excuse. Connacht had a lot of injuries too. We rate a lot of our players man for man better than Connacht. That makes it all the more disappointing. I think an important difference was Connachts basic ski...

Re: Pro 12 attendance figures.
In comparison to the rest of the league our figures look reasonable (not sure how often they are updating): http://rugby.statbunker.com/competitions/HomeAttendance?comp_id=526 Leinster get about 2.5K less, after that it drops of to about a 6K difference. Sadly we are a good bit behind our English co...

Boudjellal considering selling up
Article on the irish indo. Sounds like Boudellal has decided that he has spent enough and it's time to move on. It will be interesting to see if it proves true, or just another one of his rants. If it does prove true then I wonder if this be the start of a domino effect, with the billionaires club g...

Re: RSA Tour squad
I'm glad Olding is getting another shot, but at the same time I can't help but think McCloskey may have fitted In with Marshall and Paddy easier, not to mention his bulk is ideal if we end up defending against the Boks for 80min. On the other hand I'm hoping Olding can show what he's capable of in ...

Re: RSA Tour squad
[quote="Cockatrice"] Paddy showing he is capable of making the 23. ] It will be interesting to see what happens. If Sexton was top of his game then he would certainly start, but given his performance for the last year or so Im not certain that he adds as much other the leadership. Paddy wa...

Re: RSA Tour squad
Second captains on the Irish times is worth a listen. Had to laugh as Gerry Thornley defended Schimit when it was put to him that Schimit didn't necessarily pick the team out of choice. Apparently he's a tactical genius for putting Payne at 15. Fair enough - but that must mean a lot of us have been ...

Re: RSA Tour squad
Dismissing Joe's work as luck due to an accidental selection caused by injuries is far too glib. He and Farrell did great work on the defensive alignment and the forwards. Anyway turning to next weekend, should Joe pick his second team? Bearing in mind the expected bok backlash and the altitude pro...

Re: RSA Tour squad
When was the last time Hendo played in the row and Luke at 12. Doesn't matter start them in a test against boks. Just pi$h off already Joe I don't object to that, so long as if they have a bad game they aren't scapegoated. I fear that if we don't win, Madigan will be given the 10 shirt for the next...

Re: RSA Tour squad
When Fitz was ruled out, I wondered what the chances off the Kearneys picking up injuries were - pretty high apparently, although the conspiracy theorists amongst us must be wondering if someone has pulled rank on Joes selection, not given the public outcry, but rather when actually looking at the p...
