Re: Referees
Clancy's clangars do highlight the fact that there does seem to be a real issue over the accountability of referees in both the Rabo and HEC. Given the importance of the referee in the modern game, there should surely be some independent monitoring/assessment going on so referees are taken to task w...

Re: Referees
Without a doubt the most one eyed refereeing performance i've seen in years. The forward pass for the try, the 4 pens against Big John - where do you even start?? Surely the League needs some form of monitoring system to punish referees in this situation. How are we meant to grow the popularity of t...

Re: NFL
Its the only sport where the team in the smallest city (Green Bay) can have the best team and no team is more than 1 season away from potentially being in the play-offs! A breathe of fresh air compared to the predictability of the Premier League and most other leagues... Is that because of the draf...

Re: NFL
Looking forward to heading to Wembley next week. American Football is a great sport, once you take the time to learn the rules and appreciate the nuances. Its the only sport where the team in the smallest city (Green Bay) can have the best team and no team is more than 1 season away from potentially...

Re: Wales V France: game over after 20 mins
Even after watching the tackle from every angle and at every speed there is still a difference of opinions on the matter, Rolland sees it once at realtime speed which is right in front of him and makes the correct decision in his mind, Rolland is one of the best refs in the business, I believe he d...

Re: Wales V France: game over after 20 mins
IMHO it was never a red card. Similar tackles to that are made on a reasonably regular basis in the Magners/Rabo without a red card being produced. There was no attempt to spear and whilst Warburton should not have dropped Clerc, it was not a malicious tackle and was a yellow at worst. Both common s...

Re: HEC Draw Live
Would love to make the trip to Clermont Auvergne and would imagine plenty of people would be keen to take in a new destination. However, getting there would seem difficult to say the least and not fussed on travelling with the team as this would limit the adventure to one night! Maybe big Ken or som...

Re: Manu tuilangi punch
Surely this merited a greater penalty - is this not the equivalent of a 1 match ban given that the Tigers only have 1 game left. Given the severity of the offence and the (justifiable) huge penalties handed out to the Stade Francaise gougers a ban extending into next season was appropriate...

Excellent news - Johann has been a rock for us this season. Great influence on the younger players on and off the pitch. Roll on next season
