John Cooney sustained an AC joint injury during the game and his fitness will be assessed throughout this week in advance of Saturday’s fixture versus Racing 92. Angus Curtis sustained a concussion in the same game and his recovery will be monitored by the medical team. wee dave vs Racing??? Smoke ...

Re: Ulster v Leicester
Addison starting alone would get us somewhere Start at 13 ? Only if it doesn’t mean Nelson at 15, in my opinion. Would like to see Lowry 10, Addison 13 and Burns 15 but I suspect Burns 10, Addison 13, Gilroy 15 is more likely. Curve ball would be Hume or Moore at 13. We’ll all know shortly anyway. ...

Re: Cheetahs v Ulster Friday 21st September 6:15pm KO
I’m disappointed that we aren’t going to see Henry at 13, would have been interesting. The decision to try him there is great to see. This shows a coach who looked at the last few games and realised that despite lots of possession and territory we have struggled to score tries, and reacted according...

Re: Cheetahs v Ulster Friday 21st September 6:15pm KO
Incontrovertible fact: With Cooney & Addison Ulster have a decent chance. With Admirable & Shanahan Ulster will be bate out the gate With Cooney & Kernahan, Ulster have a shot at it With Shanahan & Addison Ulster are unlikely to win Go figure. I’d add that with Cooney and Nelson Uls...

Re: Southern Kings v Ulster Sun 16th Sep 1:15pm
Very disappointing. So far this season we seem to be able to hold the ball for long periods of time without really putting the defence under any pressure. All three games so far we haven’t really looked dangerous in the opposition 22, the defensive line just spread across the pitch and have us cove...

Re: Southern Kings v Ulster Sun 16th Sep 1:15pm
Perfectly OK selection, better to go with the best he's got against one-win Kings and take his chances against the Cheetahs than try to mix and match teams. The Cheetahs game will be a tough ask, either way, just 5 days turnaround time and nearly 5000 feet up for the second game. I think the Cheeta...

Definitely this. Lots of action with little penetration last Saturday. Hope Addison is fit as he looked the most likely to make something happen

Addison. Like to see how he does in midfield too. Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk Agree Addison, very involved from the outset, but please god no shifting him around, keep him at his strongest position But he is predominately a centre is he not...? My understanding was that although he can pla...

Re: Ulster Vs Scarlets Sat 1st Sept 5:15pm KO Premier Sports
Cooney didn’t have the best day, but I can’t have been the only person thinking please please Dan do not bring on Shannahan! It’s no exaggeration to say that one injury away from the season being effectively a write off. We need to back one of the youngsters and give him a run, or if there is really...
