I'm a big fan of PJ but i wouldn't call him world class. He wasn't even Ireland's no.1.

Re: Leicester away

main concern is the line out, we need it firing or we're not getting much good ball. Pity Coetzee is off, big blow. We're in this game, not much in it even though they seem to be winning the little battles. We'll have to win cleverly, we won't win by going through the middle of Leicester. It's still...

Re: Leicester away

Rum - Lowry is on the UR payroll to play fly-half. That's what he does for a living and as you will eventually see, he's really rather good at it. He is older than Jackson was when he played in the Final. Those that know him say he has a great temperament and relishes big challenges. As I've said b...

Away outta that ya ballix. Qualify what you mean by poor? As in not of good quality or as in haven't paid off the stadium and have been a financial headache to their owners and betters in D4 for the best part of a decade?! :thumleft:

Got to see the game thanks to someone on here leaving a very helpful link, thanks for that. Can anyone confirm or deny on Addison's last peno kick, the "Get in the hole" eeejit was audible over the cheering crowd? If so, can he be identified and banned from the stadium for evermore please?

Re: Leicester away

I think John Cooney would be the first to admit that Wee D's quality of pass on Saturday was better than we've seen from Cooney recently - do we think he's been playing with a creaking back for a while? I'd say you're right on the back or possibly a hand or shoulder issue.... Without a doubt Cooney...

Has anyone figured out the Zebo hand signal yet? Z ? short for ZeDjango? I’m pretty sure it’s the internationally recognised signal for “the drive is ready for the tarmac, pour away”.....but I could be wrong. I nearly laughed my nuts off at thon!!! :thumleft:  >appl >appl >appl

Re: Scarlets vs Ulster MOTM

Voted for Best, he was a man possessed. It was such a great battle between him and Ken Owens, i couldn't take my eyes off it. I think our Rory won that battle but close enough. Very impressed with both our starting props, they didn't have perfect games but scrum was solid and they contributed around...

Re: Jacob Stockdale once again wins it for Ireland!!

Although I will say that Bagsniffer may have issues with him now that he scored a vital try to help the hated bogmen beat NZ. Look yokel, I hate every player in green, they are grand when they get the white shirt with the :red: on it. It shouldn't be beyond the understanding of any sentient being. ...

I did actually think it was a half-decent programme in which as most have pointed out, he just couldn't understand the concept of being British is not the same as being English. If he thinks about Welsh and Scots being British, but still Welsh or Scottish, maybe he will put 2 and 2 together. I wond...

Re: Munster V Ulster Sat 29th Sept 7:15

Let's not forget the headline of the final score. At no time has a 64 7 defeat to another Irish province been acceptable . Notwithstanding the relative strength\ weakness of the teams and irrespective of the competence of the officials the result is almost the inevitable result of the 4 previous ga...

Re: Is it starting to hit home yet?

Dave - I share the frustration regarding Ruan and the others but we need to look closer to home for our woes. The Ruan situation was unfair for a guy who had given so much to the province and when compared to how Nacewa was treated, but that is far from the difference between the teams. The last se...

Re: Munster V Ulster Sat 29th Sept 7:15

This is beginning to read like a Facebook page. What did we know coming into the season. Shanahan we a wee boy in a mans world, we had little to no strength in depth but had a raft of young players with potential,we lost for various reasons serious experienced players and we needed a year or more t...

Re: Munster V Ulster Sat 29th Sept 7:15

If Munster don't win by at least 20 points I will consider it entirely unacceptable. Set the bar a bit low their, didn't ya? and don't try to hide behind that "at least" Munster won a game they were expected to win ...nothing to see here - move on ... and on ... and on .....
